Aim

The IIP: World Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences aims to be a vibrant academic forum for the dissemination of thought-provoking, original, and interdisciplinary research in the humanities and social sciences.

Our key objectives are to:

  • Advance Scholarly Thought by publishing high-quality research that deepens understanding of social, cultural, philosophical, political, and educational issues.

  • Foster Intellectual Dialogue across regional, national, and global perspectives within humanities and social science disciplines.

  • Encourage Inclusive Academic Engagement by providing a platform for voices from diverse linguistic, geographic, and cultural backgrounds.

  • Bridge Theory and Practice by supporting research that informs policies, social action, and academic curricula.

Scope

IIP: World Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences focuses exclusively on research within the broad umbrella of humanities and social sciences. We welcome both discipline-specific and interdisciplinary contributions in the following (but not limited to) areas:

1. Humanities

  • Literature & Linguistics – Literary criticism, comparative literature, translation studies, and language development

  • History & Philosophy – Cultural history, intellectual traditions, ethical theories, and modern philosophical discourse

  • Arts & Aesthetics – Visual arts, performing arts, cultural production, and creative practices

  • Religious & Cultural Studies – Comparative religion, mythology, identity studies, and spiritual practices

2. Social Sciences

  • Sociology & Anthropology – Social structure, human behavior, community studies, and ethnographic research

  • Political Science & Public Administration – Democratic governance, policy analysis, global politics, and institutional theory

  • Economics & Development Studies – Socio-economic trends, inequality, rural development, and public finance

  • Psychology & Human Behavior – Counseling, personality studies, educational psychology, and applied social psychology

Interdisciplinary Research

We strongly encourage submissions that integrate insights across disciplines to address complex societal questions. Interdisciplinary frameworks that intersect culture, economy, education, technology, and politics are highly welcome.
