Ahead of Print Policy

The IIP: Global Journal of Advanced Science and Technology offers an Ahead of Print service to provide early online access to peer-reviewed, accepted articles before formal assignment to a journal issue.

Key Aspects:

1. Purpose
   Facilitates rapid dissemination of research, enabling timely scholarly discussion and feedback.

2. Eligibility
   Only peer-reviewed, accepted articles that have completed final editorial checks are eligible.

3. Publication
   Ahead of Print articles are published online, clearly labeled as "Ahead of Print" until included in an issue.

4. DOI Assignment
   Each article receives a permanent DOI for citation and retrieval. The DOI remains unchanged after assignment to an issue.

5. Final Version
   Minor revisions or formatting updates may occur before final issue publication. Authors must ensure consistency between versions.

6. Visibility and Impact
   Early access increases visibility, readership, and potential citations of research findings.

7. Updating Status
   Once assigned to an issue, the Ahead of Print label is replaced with volume and issue details.

8. Open Access
   All Ahead of Print articles are freely accessible, in accordance with our open access policy.
