Abstract

This case study examines the journeys of successful young entrepreneurs who have demonstrated exceptional innovation, resilience, and leadership at an early stage of their careers. It explores the factors that contributed to their success, including entrepreneurial mindset, opportunity recognition, risk-taking ability, and effective use of resources. The study also highlights the role of education, mentorship, technology, and socio-economic environment in shaping entrepreneurial outcomes. Through analysis of selected case examples, the research identifies common challenges faced by young entrepreneurs—such as limited capital, market competition, and experience gaps—and the strategies employed to overcome them. The findings provide insights into how young individuals transform ideas into sustainable ventures and contribute to economic growth and employment generation. This case study aims to inspire aspiring entrepreneurs and inform policymakers and educators on fostering youth entrepreneurship.
