Abstract

This research paper analyzes the topic of sustainable agriculture and sustainable environment. There are many changes in agricultural development and environment due to solar power. This paper attempts to clarify the exact role of solar power in sustainable agriculture and environment. It explains the importance and benefits of solar power. Satara district of Maharashtra has been selected for this. This information is based on secondary sources. The importance of solar power in terms of increased production, profit, reduced diesel costs, reduced CO2 emissions, efficient water use, clean and cost-effective environment etc. has been explained. Solar panels have been a boon for sustainable conditions and a sustainable environment. Considering the role and benefits of solar panels, this paper attempts to explain how solar panels can promote sustainable agricultural development and a sustainable environment.
