Role of SIILC- SIMACES in empowering India's youth and rural communities through Skill and Entrepreneurship Development

Abstract

SIMACES Learning LLP (SIILC), a key subsidiary of AP Globale, has significantly expanded its footprint in the skill development and behavioral change sectors, impacting communities across India with innovative, sustainable, and large-scale learning programs. As an accredited National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). SIMACES stands for Strategic Impact Management and Creating Ecosystems for Sustainability. The name reflects the organization's core mission: to design and execute large-scale, high-impact programs that foster sustainable growth and self-reliance within communities.

                Training Provider and an affiliate of seven major Sector Skill Councils (SSC), SIILC continues to strengthen its role in driving change through skill-building and community-based learning. In 2024, SIILC expanded its operations beyond Maharashtra into Goa, Karnataka, and Andhra Pradesh, reinforcing its commitment to reaching underserved areas. In collaboration with MahaRERA, SIILC has trained over 80% of commercial real estate agents in Maharashtra, benefiting more than 12,000 professionals across 25 districts.
