सार

The COVID-19 pandemic marked one of the most disruptive periods in the history of library services worldwide. As physical spaces closed and communities faced unprecedented challenges, libraries rapidly adapted through expanded digital services, virtual programming, and reimagined outreach models. The post-pandemic era now presents an opportunity to assess these transformations and consider their long-term implications. This paper examines how libraries have evolved in service delivery, technology integration, user engagement, and organizational strategies since the pandemic. It explores hybrid service models, digital literacy initiatives, community support roles, challenges of inequity, and the lasting impact on librarianship. The paper argues that the post-pandemic library is fundamentally more flexible, technology-driven, community-focused, and resilient than its pre-pandemic counterpart, while also facing ongoing challenges such as budget limitations, digital divides, and changing user expectations.
