  • Structure & Clarity: Organization, language, and logical flow of content

  • References: Relevance, correctness, and completeness of cited work

4. Confidentiality

  • All information during the review process is kept strictly confidential.

  • Reviewers and editors are expected to refrain from sharing, discussing, or using any part of the manuscript outside the review.

5. Reviewer Feedback

  • Reviewers provide detailed, constructive, and respectful feedback.

  • Feedback may include:

    • Comments on strengths and weaknesses

    • Suggestions for improvement

    • Required revisions or clarifications

  • Authors are expected to submit revised manuscripts addressing reviewer concerns within the specified deadline.

6. Editorial Decision

Final publication decisions are made by the editorial team based on reviewer reports. The possible outcomes are:

  • Appeals are independently reviewed by the editor-in-chief or an ethics committee, and if warranted, a second round of review may be initiated.

8. Ethical Responsibilities

  • Reviewers must be objective, respectful, and declare any potential conflicts of interest.

  • Authors must ensure originality, proper citations, and compliance with ethical research practices.
