In recent decades, technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, robotics, and digital networking have rapidly evolved, profoundly affecting all aspects of human life. The integration of artificial technology into areas like work, education, healthcare, entertainment, and social interaction necessitates an examination of its psychological impacts on society. The relationship between humans and technology has shifted beyond mere interaction, increasingly encompassing emotional and psychological elements. While technologies like social media and AI-based communication tools have revolutionized human interaction and enhanced global connectivity, they have also contributed to issues such as loneliness, social isolation, and mental stress. From a psychological perspective, artificial technology presents both benefits and drawbacks. Positively, it facilitates education, information access, cognitive development, and personal performance. Conversely, it also leads to challenges such as information overload, social comparison, identity confusion, and increased psychological stress, particularly among younger generations who may experience diminished self-confidence and a detachment from real-life relationships. This research aims to investigate the impact of artificial technology usage on human psychology and its social ramifications and propose solutions for a more balanced integration of technology in future endeavors. As AI becomes more embedded in daily life, its psychological and social implications warrant careful consideration. The paper discusses how AI dependence may alter self-perception, potentially causing anxiety and diminishing social skills, while also raising critical concerns regarding trust, privacy, and access within communities. The study underscores AI's dual nature, suggesting it can enhance productivity and convenience but may also foster isolation and ethical dilemmas. A balanced approach is essential for societal integration of AI, involving analysis of its effects on human cognition and relationships. The essay examines the reshaping of human psychology and socialization through AI technologies such as social media algorithms, conversational assistants, and generative models, combining literature reviews and empirical research. It concludes with policy recommendations aimed at fostering human flourishing, social harmony, and psychological resilience through thoughtful use of AI technologies.
