In the twenty-first-century relationship, values, lifestyle, and thought patterns are rapidly changing in societies across the world. Psychology plays a critical role in this transformation. It helps us better understand human thoughts, feelings, and behaviour, the essential elements of any social change. From promoting better awareness of mental health issues to reducing societal problems associated with violence, prejudice, substance abuse, and stress, it offers practical tools and strategies for improving society. It changes unfavourable attitudes, increases empathy, advances equality, and enhances the climate of interpersonal communication. By applying knowledge of psychology in education, health care, community development, and the media, individuals and groups can achieve healthier, more responsible behaviour. Therefore, psychology is not only a subject to study but also a powerful instrument for creating a more aware, balanced and progressive society in the twenty-first century.
