Abstract

      Work-life balance is a essential factor shaping job satisfaction, specifically for women in higher educational institutions. This study aims to estimate the impact of institutional policies and support on work-life balance and to analyze how work-life balance affects job satisfaction among women teachers. Through an analysis of secondary data, the study identifies key trends and offers actionable understandings. Findings direct those flexible policies, supportive environments, and stable workloads significantly improves both work-life balance and job satisfaction.
