An Advanced Study on Analytical Perspective towards Viksit Bharat: The Study of Women Empowerment Skills Development and Entrepreneurs Business in India

Abstract

Women empowerment has emerged as a critical determinant of inclusive and sustainable economic development. In the framework of Viksit Bharat, strengthening women’s capabilities through skill development and entrepreneurship is essential for enhancing economic participation and social equity. Skill-oriented training enhances employability, productivity, and income-generation potential, while entrepreneurship enables women to become self-reliant economic agents and leaders. This paper presents an advanced conceptual and analytical examination of the interlinkage between women empowerment, skill development, and entrepreneurship in India. Based on secondary data drawn from government publications, policy reports, and peer-reviewed research, the study evaluates major initiatives, identifies structural challenges, and proposes policy-oriented solutions. The analysis reveals that a well-integrated skill and entrepreneurship ecosystem significantly strengthens women’s economic independence and contributes to inclusive growth aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat
