Skill development is an ongoing process involving a structured set of activities that builds and improves an individual's abilities and capabilities to become productive and intelligent. Different behavioral traits and qualities are developed through tutoring, classes, and workshops that focus primarily on different aspects of skill development. Skill development, including communication skills, is also possible through informal experiences. Skill development also includes a variety of skills and knowledge related to support, techniques, motivation, goal setting, and improving interpersonal relationships.
Entrepreneurship is the process of creating, launching, and managing a new business venture, involving innovation, risk-taking, and resource organization to generate profit and societal value, essentially turning an idea into an operating enterprise. It's driven by individuals (entrepreneurs) who identify opportunities, develop solutions, and build organizations, fostering economic growth, job creation, and innovation. Sustainable and inclusive growth is an economic model that aims for long-term prosperity without harming the environment and with benefits shared equitably among all segments of society. It integrates environmental protection, such as green technologies, with policies that reduce inequality by creating opportunities for vulnerable groups like women, youth, and marginalized communities. This approach leads to greater social and economic stability, expanded human capital, and a more resilient economy. Developed India is the vision of the Government of India, which aims to make India a developed country by the 100th year of independence in 2047. Its focus is on economic prosperity, social inclusion and self-reliance, connecting youth, women, farmers and the poor to the mainstream
