Abstract

Adolescence marks a pivotal transitional stage in human development characterized by significant biological maturation and psychological growth. This developmental phase is marked by heightened emotional sensitivity, wherein individuals actively explore their identities and engage more intensively with various social environments. Among the behavioral challenges commonly observed in adolescents, aggression stands out as a prominent issue. This aggression can take various forms, including physical, verbal, and relational expressions. The implications of aggressive behavior during adolescence extend beyond immediate interactions; it can adversely impact academic performance and peer relationships, potentially leading to enduring psychological and social difficulties that may persist into adulthood. Addressing these behavioral issues effectively is crucial for fostering healthier adolescent development and mitigating potential long-term consequences.
