This Research Paper on Sustainable development and Sustainability development around the world. It starts by defining and concepts of the Indian market have important changes. This paper highlights the changing structure of the labour market, challenges faced by workers, and Government schemes to improve employment current situation. The paper used the review of literature methodology. India is country of Villages. According to NSO 70% rural population refers to people living in rural areas. The paper also indicates the relationship that each region of the world has made some success towards gaining top levels of sustainable development. This paper goals and challenges have Economics, social, Political, institutional, structural dimension. This paper makes an attempt to understand changes due to new digital technology, globalization, advancement, new economy policy and Demographic transition etc. The Transform from of the Gig economy, increasing informal employment, to changes different skill desire and requirements have transformed employment patterns in India
