Abstract

Library services is important in our Higher education . Library services play a vital role in fostering education, knowledge dissemination, and community development. They provide equitable access to information, both physical and digital, and support lifelong learning by offering resources, workshops, and literacy programs. Modern libraries go beyond traditional book lending, serving as hubs for digital inclusion, cultural preservation, and skill-building. By integrating technology, such as e-books and online databases, libraries ensure broader accessibility and relevance in the digital age. Additionally, libraries contribute to societal progress by promoting inclusivity, empowering marginalized communities, and supporting sustainable development goals (SDGs). They often act as safe, neutral spaces for collaboration, creativity, and innovation. With the rise of eco-conscious practices, libraries are also adopting sustainable approaches, such as energy-efficient designs and green initiatives. In essence, library services are evolving to meet the dynamic needs of society, blending tradition with innovation to remain indispensable in a knowledge-driven world
