Abstract

Entrepreneurship has emerged as a significant force in economic development, employment generation, and innovation. While financial resources, technology, and managerial skills are essential for entrepreneurial success, communication acts as the central mechanism that integrates these elements. Effective communication enables entrepreneurs to transform ideas into opportunities, attract stakeholders, manage organizations, and sustain growth in competitive environments. This paper analyses the role of communication in entrepreneurship development by examining its functions, forms, challenges, and strategic importance. The study highlights that communication competence is not merely a supportive skill but a core entrepreneurial capability essential for sustainable enterprise development.
